The production line includes advanced integrated systems starting with the Raffia Tape Stretching Line, where premium-grade PP or HDPE granules are processed through robust extrusion systems ensuring uniform melt quality, excellent colour and additive dispersion, and stable high-speed production output. The molten polymer is converted into thin film using precision extruders and high-precision coat hanger type T-dies. The film is slit into tapes and processed through advanced hot air oven stretching and annealing godet systems to achieve high tensile strength, uniform tape width, controlled thickness, and optimal elongation performance.
The Automatic Tape Winding System ensures high-quality tape winding with consistent tension control, smooth bobbin formation, and trouble-free weaving operation using magnetic or inverter-based winding technology. The High-Speed Circular Weaving Loom Machine is designed for weaving light to heavy-weight tubular or flat PP/HDPE fabrics with adjustable weave density, consistent GSM, and excellent fabric integrity for industrial woven sack production.

The machine provides high productivity, minimal downtime, long service life, energy-efficient operation, export-quality engineering standards, and compatibility with PP, HDPE, CaCO3, masterbatch, and UV additive raw materials.
