The machine is equipped with high-output extruders, precision T-die systems, mirror-finish chill rolls with dual-zone cooling, fully automatic winding units, edge trimming systems with grinders, and touchscreen HMI-based PLC control systems for complete production management and process diagnostics. Advanced automation systems provide accurate control of film width, film thickness, and layer ratios, ensuring superior optical clarity, uniform thickness, and minimal film defects during continuous high-speed industrial production.
